Batter Yohan Mieses (27) will step on the stage of the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).
Japan Sports Hochi reported on the 15th that the Hanshin Tigers had signed a contract with Mieses, who played for Triple A (Worchester) of the Boston Red Sox. At the Tokyo Olympics held last year, he represented the Dominican Republic and helped win a bronze medal. He even pulled off a two-run home run against Oh Seung-hwan in the 8th inning that put a wedge in the game in the semifinal match against Korea.
