Kang Young-mi, the 38-year-old eldest sister of the women’s epee national team, left a strong impression by winning a silver medal in the individual event and a gold medal in the team event.

At the Women’s Saber World Cup held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Yun Ji-soo, Jeon Ha-yeong (Seoul City Hall), Jeon Eun-hye (Incheon Metropolitan City Jung-gu Office), and Choi Se-bin (Jeonnam-do Office) won bronze medals in the team event.
