Director Lee Kang-cheol “The batting order is almost out… The pitcher decides after playing SSG”

The Korean baseball team, which will challenge the World Baseball Classic (WBC) quarterfinals, will play official practice matches assigned by the WBC Secretariat against Orix Buffaloes and Hanshin Tigers in Osaka, Japan on the 6th and 7th.

However, the last opportunity to check our power without exposing our power is the last practice game against SSG Landers Futures (2nd team), which will be held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul at 5 pm on the 3rd.

Lee Kang-cheol (57), coach of the Korean national baseball team, said after training at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 2nd, “I think (almost) the batting line came out온라인바카라. I saw how good it was, and I thought about when Yang Eui-ji and Choi Jeong could play comfortably, and I made a lot of decisions today.”

On this day, the national team trained as a ‘complete team’ for the first time, with active major leaguers Kim Ha-seong (San Diego Padres) and Edman (St. Louis Cardinals) joining.

However, they cannot play in actual matches except for two official practice matches scheduled in Japan according to the rules set by the WBC Secretariat.

The national team is about to take out a pitcher from the national team and assign them to live batting training as if it were a real game in order to maintain their sense of real game.

Coach Lee said, “Originally, the game was scheduled for 10 innings, but the game was reduced to 9 innings and the two players decided to do a total of 30 (live betting) 15 each.

The pitching management of the national team is expected to be revealed through a practice game on the 3rd.

After the first round of the tournament against Australia on the 9th, the national team will have a fateful match against Korea and Japan on the 10th.

On the 12th and 13th, it meets the Czech Republic and China, which are evaluated as relatively weak.

Coach Lee said, “Tomorrow, we will check the pitcher for the last time. It seems that a decision will be made tomorrow, such as how many people will be put on standby for the first game (against Australia), and who will be used for the second game (against Japan).”

SSG and practice games are played flexibly, with the pitchers of both teams taking the mound and applying different outcounts for each inning.

Accordingly, Koh Young-pyo (kt wiz), who is likely to start against Australia on the 9th, and Kim Gwang-hyeon (SSG), who is likely to play in the bullpen, will stand side by side on the starting mound for the national team and SSG.

Regarding Edmund, whom he trained with for the first time, Lee said, “I think I did a good job bringing him.”

Edmund, a ‘Korean-American’ whose mother is Korean, is the first foreign nationality player to be selected in the history of the Korean baseball team.

Edmund, who is active as the main second baseman in St. Louis, is expected to be of great help to the national team as he can handle both at-bats with excellent defense and quick feet.

Coach Lee said, “It was an honor to be with a major leaguer. I was grateful for the way he talked actively and defended hard.” I think they will have a good influence on the players,” he said.
